These production lines are computer programmed, flexible to switch to different sizes and stable in quality.Most of products are produced by using conveyor or in a certain area, which is high efficiency and internal transportation can be reduced, employees are fixed in their position so that they can be well-trained and skilled. Robot welding is fully used for all kinds of products to guarantee welding quality, we have professional automation team to study and improve production process to reduce cost. We are working hard to achieve 100% Robot welding in the near future.Automatic 3D wire forming machine can achieve a variety of special shapes to meet different requirements from our customers.The automatic production line for post integrates cutting, chamfering, grooving and shrinking with only 3 operators and 8000pcs of output per shift. Jiamei has three automatic zinc plating lines, which are with mature process and high quality. They adopt trivalent chromium as passivation process which is no harm to employees and meet EU market requirement. The max. part can be 2.8m long x 2m high. Monthly capacity is up to 3000-3500 tons. Jiamei has 3 automatic powder coating lines, adopting non-phosphating pretreatment, which is environmental protection. The daily capacity is more than 12,000pcs. Products are tested in internal and external lab to ensure its strength, safety, corrosion resistance etc.Automation on packing is one the most important improvement directions in Jiamei since it can significantly reduce labor quantity. One automatic line for unit load packing was started to use in January 2019,which cost 1.5 million. Another fully automatic packing line for product with big volume was invested 3 years ago which cost 1 million.
